English-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nankai Electric Railway is the oldest private railway in Japan.
The first line, from Namba to the northern bank of Yamatogawa river, was laid in 1885.
Its lines can be divided in roughly two lines, Nankai Line and Koya Line.
Nankai Line links Namba (one of the most prosperous downtown in Osaka) with
Kansai Airport, Wakayama and so on.
Koya Line links Namba and Shiomibashi with Koyasan (one of the greatest Temple town in Japan).
Both Nankai Line and Koya Line are all electrified.

These are some only trains.

<6000>(nankai6000_128.pak)
6000, which are made of stainless steel, were made first in 1962.
All 6000 are working as commuter train in Namba-Hashimoto, Koya Line.
At that time, in Japan, train made of stainless steel was quite rare.
However, 6000 is as good as new because of stainless body
in spite of many ragged train made of steel in same time.

<7000>(nankai7000_128.pak)
7000 were made first in 1963.
Because of money and a little result of stainless car, 7000 were made of steel.
All 7000 are working from local trains to unreserved cars of Limited Express in Nankai Line.

<21000>(nankai_zoomcar.pak)
21000 were made first in 1958 to get both the high speed on level section
and the high power climing 5.0% gradients on mountain section in Koya Line.
Since 21000 can show their full performance around wide range like a zoom lens
of a camera, 21000 are called "Zoom Car".
Now, some 21000 are working in Oigawa Railway and Ichibata Railway, but
they can't play their ability fully because of alterations.
 The others were already scrapped.

<22000>(nankai_zoomcar.pak)
22000 were made first in 1969 in order to add more cars to Zoom car.
22000 have the same performance of 21000, and facilities for commuter trains.
That's why 22000 are called "Commuting Zoom Car".
